Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students experiencing speech-language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, student-focused treatment plans
- Guide engaging therapy sessions with clear, targeted goals
- Carefully track and document progress, ensuring compliance with each student's plan
- Collaborate closely with educators, special services staff, and families to ensure holistic support
- Empower families with education and resources to foster progress beyond the classroom
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; accepting strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor
- Adept at working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
