Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility in Maine
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and enthusiasm for technology-driven therapy models
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language assessments and interventions to students with a variety of communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the educational team
  • Offer services both on-site and through teletherapy as assigned
  • Maintain accurate student records and document progress
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success within the classroom environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Stay current with professional best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
