Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in PreK–12.
- Craft and execute individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to unique student needs.
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within the school setting.
- Engage collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
- Maintain detailed documentation and meet all state and district guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP and student support meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possess, or be eligible for, Virginia SLP licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
