Retail Junior Assistant

The Retail Junior Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations within a retail environment. Working closely within a small team under the supervision of a Store Manager, this position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
• Manage inventory through stocking and replenishment
• Handle cash transactions accurately at checkout
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays
• Support store maintenance and cleanliness
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems during checkout operations
