Early Childhood Education (ECE) Special Education Teacher - Zanesville, Ohio

A certified substitute is available onsite to provide direct hands-on support for students, enabling you to focus on planning, managing instruction, and overseeing all special education responsibilities. Key Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist or Special Education Teacher (required)
• Experience with pre-K or early childhood special education, including IEP development and implementation
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Comfortable managing a caseload and collaborating with classroom staff and families
• Open to both onsite and virtual providers

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to preschool students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and substitute aides to deliver effective interventions
• Develop and maintain IEP documentation, ensuring compliance and individualized progress
• Maintain regular communication with families and related service providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational atmosphere
