Make a difference in students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-6 or K-8 learners across two welcoming school campuses. This full-time, contract role offers 37.5 hours per week in a rewarding educational setting. New graduates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) are strongly encouraged to apply—exceptional supervision and mentorship will be provided to guide your professional growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, helping students reach their highest communication potential while building meaningful professional relationships. Your choice of campus and grade level will be determined during the interview process, so you can find the right fit for your interests and expertise.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure and necessary certifications
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and student-centered support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, including assessments, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Participate in evaluation, IEP meetings, and ongoing communication with parents, caregivers, and staff
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and support compliance with school policies
- Foster an environment that encourages student engagement and growth
