General Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a General Laborer position with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay up to $20/hour!

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work in a hands-on environment and become a valuable part of a team.

• Pay: Up to $20/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Consistent weekday schedule

• Perform a variety of general labor and physical tasks
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Assist with daily production, construction, or facility tasks
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Prepare work areas and clean up job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

• Previous general labor, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
