Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) and IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes
• Strong assessment skills for conducting initial and re-evaluations to determine special education eligibility
• Comfortable collaborating with other professionals and school staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services to students at two middle schools, addressing a wide range of needs
• Participate actively in building-level teams to review student progress and determine support plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare evaluation reports
• Deliver MTSS and IEP support, including direct interventions and consultative services
• Collaborate with staff and families to promote generalization and carryover of therapeutic skills
• Maintain clear, timely records and contribute to team meetings and professional development
