Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Tracy City, TN

Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome; strong support and mentorship available
• Pediatric and/or both school and healthcare SLP or SLPA experience preferred
• Teletherapy skills are a bonus for providing flexible and inclusive services
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple buildings with collaboration and organization

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services to students, primarily in elementary settings, with some middle school support
• Develop and implement IEPs collaboratively with staff and families
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for each student
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth
• Travel between 2-3 buildings within the district as needed
