Job Description

An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Machinist.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines.

  • Experience with conversational CNC programming for lathes and mills (Trak machines preferred).

  • Experience with G-code CNC programming.

  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and test indicators.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine machining processes and produce finished parts from raw materials.

  • Ability to select appropriate tooling for machining operations.

  • Experience machining high-alloy materials preferred, including Stainless Steel 304/316, Inconel 600/800, Monel 400, and Hastelloy C-276.

  • Ability to design and fabricate custom fixtures as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
