Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Easton, MD

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active Maryland SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in Maryland schools strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for supporting K-12 age ranges and varying levels of student need

What your role will look like:

• Manage a dynamic caseload of K-12 students, both in a self-contained high school setting and itinerant support across multiple sites
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
