Qualifications & Licensing:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Colorado Department of Education certification
• Colorado SLP license; accepted titles include Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist (all for ages birth through 21)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and organization skills
• Successful completion of background check through the district’s credentialing process

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students within your assigned caseload
• Provide therapy and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district policies
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
