A growing technology services organization is seeking a Operations Specialist to support high-volume sales administration, client order management, and account coordination. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys structured workflows, fast-moving priorities, and supporting enterprise technology accounts.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key operational partner to account managers, pre-sales teams, vendors, and clients. This role offers the chance to build valuable experience in IT, cloud support, order processing, CRM administration, and sales operations within a collaborative, high-growth environment. Candidates who enjoy teamwork, supportive leadership, clear communication, and detail-driven work will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound client requests, vendor quotes, contract renewals, and customer order workflows from start to finish.
- Coordinate daily communication between account managers, sales engineers, vendors, internal teams, and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, pipeline milestones, order details, and account updates within CRM systems.
- Generate operational tracking reports using CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Support pre-sales activities by gathering client requirements, preparing proposal details, and routing technical inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Help improve workflow accuracy, response times, and overall client satisfaction through strong organization and follow-through.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
