Our client located in San Antonio, TX has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter. This is an in office direct hire opportunity.

Corporate Recruiter Role
Manage full cycle recruiting across a high volume organization with hiring needs ranging from frontline caregivers and administrative employees through management and director level positions
Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, recruiting platforms and other creative sourcing channels
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring and high volume hiring needs
Review applications and resumes and conduct candidate prescreens
Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Manage candidate communication and maintain consistent follow up throughout the recruiting process
Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate accepted candidates through their anticipated start dates
Tailor job postings as responsibilities and business needs evolve
Develop relationships with universities, agencies and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines
Provide hiring managers with market feedback and recruiting insights
Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics and candidate pipelines
Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations
Work onsite and maintain regular interaction with hiring managers and the corporate HR team

Corporate Recruiter Background Profile
2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Experience managing high volume recruiting strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer
Comfort recruiting across multiple levels and job functions simultaneously
Strong sourcing skills with experience generating candidates beyond inbound applications
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication, organization and follow through
Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and shifting priorities
Healthcare, home health, human services or similarly high volume industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology
Must be comfortable working onsite in the San Antonio corporate office
