  • Location: Nashville, TN – 100% Onsite
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Estimated Start Date: September 21, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Travel: None


Position Overview:

The Document Analyst will support the Financial Products Division by managing documentation, credit application inputs, forms, and templates. This role will work closely with internal and external business partners and Credit Analysts in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct documentation is received, including appropriate identification when applicable.
  • Confirm legal names are accurate and registered with the Secretary of State.
  • Enter credit applications into Salesforce.
  • Download and image credit documents for Credit Analysts.
  • Build, amend, and maintain application letters, forms, and templates.
  • Remove superseded templates according to business requirements.
  • Ensure required approvals are obtained from Risk & Compliance, Tone of Voice, and Legal before implementing changes.
  • Provide documentation support to various teams and projects.
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners throughout the process.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Data entry experience is highly relevant.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Outlook and Excel experience preferred.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Fluent English required.
