Job Description
Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to a dynamic educational environment supporting students with critical assessment and mental health services. Two contract opportunities are available for skilled professionals eager to make a meaningful impact—one for an onsite/in-person or hybrid role, and another offering a fully remote (VOCO) arrangement. These positions provide flexibility in service delivery while maintaining a strong, collaborative presence within the school community.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado School Psychologist License issued by CDE (Colorado Department of Education), must be current.
- Experience conducting student assessments, including reevaluations.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads (45-70 reevaluations per year, depending on assignment).
- Ability to provide direct student services (for in-person/hybrid role).
- Knowledge of best practices in student mental health supports and educational psychology.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with staff, students, and families.
Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough psychological assessments and reevaluations as required.
- For in-person/hybrid role: Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students.
- Develop and deliver recommendations for interventions and supports based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized student plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in multi-tiered support systems and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
