Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to enjoy a yearly salary of $60,000 to $65,000, 1st Shift with weekends off, and radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.

What you'll do as: Customer Care Specialist
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries
- Accurately enter customer orders into ERP system
- Assist sales team with order tracking
- Coordinate with production planning for customer delivery commitments
- Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and CRM systems

- 2-5 years of customer service or order entry experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)
- Knowledge of shipping methods and freight terminology
- Ability to read purchase orders and manufacturing documentation
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication
