Desired Background and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility/CFY status
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting working with pediatric populations
• Proficiency or training in teletherapy delivery methods and related technology
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, both in person and via teletherapy platforms
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely progress reports and documentation in accordance with regulations
• Support school-wide initiatives around communication and language development
