Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active 310 certification required
• Previous experience as a School Social Worker, preferably at the middle school level
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and support for youth experiencing academic or personal challenges
• Strong advocacy and case management skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
• Capable of crisis intervention and providing resources to students and families

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services to middle school students, including counseling and assessment
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students as needed
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student success and address barriers to learning
• Conduct family outreach and serve as a liaison to community resources
• Lead and participate in intervention and support teams as appropriate
