Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing client in Waukesha, Wisconsin, to start immediately at $18.00+ per hour based on experience. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Operate wire cutting machinery and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure components accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Read technical drawings and measurement tools to ensure quality standards
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
- Work with the team to meet production goals and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with wire cutting machinery and general manufacturing equipment
- Ability to measure precisely and read technical drawings
- Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation and a team-oriented mindset
Skills
- Experience operating programmable wire cutters and CNC machines
- Knowledge of measurement tools like calipers and micrometers
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors
- Effective communication skills and safety-focused approach
