Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with elementary caseloads and IEP processes
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records as required
  • Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary IEP conferences
  • Serve as a resource to educational staff and contribute to a positive learning environment
