What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
• Experience working within elementary and general education settings preferred
• Ability to design and implement a variety of communication and language interventions
• Collaborative mindset: work closely with educators, administration, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments for referred students
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy in group and individual settings within the elementary and general education classrooms
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students’ communication needs
• Engaging families and caregivers in the therapy process
• Completing accurate and timely progress reports and IEP documentation
• Presenting clear reports and updates to school committees and colleagues, including Savannah and Jordan
