Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure and experience as a social worker in school settings (SW Renewal only)
• Strong understanding of social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and student advocacy within K-12 schools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized plans and interventions
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ social, emotional, or behavioral needs
• Deliver individual and group counseling services to foster student growth and resilience
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and other support staff to integrate interventions
• Provide crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and referrals to community resources as needed
• Maintain documentation in accordance with school and district policies
