Speech Language Pathologist in Corvallis, OR

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Solid understanding of school-based services and IEP processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
• Previous experience in a school setting considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students in elementary, middle, or high school
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students’ success within the classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote inclusive learning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, supporting parents and staff as an advocate for students’ needs
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services as outlined by student plans
