Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inpatient order verification ensuring accuracy and safety
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation
- Monitor and manage pharmacokinetics to tailor medication regimens
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid Pharmacist license in the relevant state
- Experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy environment
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record and Pyxis medication management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work primarily on 2nd shifts with flexibility for 8-hour shifts as needed

- 8-hour shifts
- Primarily 2nd shift coverage
