Step into an impactful role providing Speech-Language Pathology services in a vibrant educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Two dedicated SLPs are needed for contract, full-time positions (37.5 hours per week), serving students and collaborating as part of an experienced therapy team.

Position 1 focuses on delivering comprehensive speech-language services across two elementary schools. Position 2 offers a dynamic caseload spanning K-12 students, with a particular emphasis on elementary grades. Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you’ll find a supportive environment alongside nine knowledgeable SLP colleagues and an actively engaged director—who is also a fellow SLP.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license, or ability to obtain before start date
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in school settings and adapting to a varied caseload
  • Experience with elementary populations preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Contribute to a highly supportive SLP team environment
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development
