Desired qualifications and experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Background in school-based and pediatric speech-language therapy preferred
• Teletherapy experience a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation requirements
Key responsibilities:
• Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy services to school-aged students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster positive outcomes
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and help develop IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support students’ academic and social success
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
