Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team in Anniston, AL. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our stores, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience for our customers.

Job Summary:
As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks to keep our retail spaces in top condition. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, cleaning and stocking restrooms, and assisting with light moving and rearranging of furniture and displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the store on a daily basis
- Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with the movement and rearrangement of furniture, displays, and other store equipment as needed
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Perform other general custodial and light maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a custodial or maintenance role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with the potential for a permanent role. The work schedule will typically be during regular store hours, with some flexibility required to accommodate store needs. The work environment involves standing, walking, and light physical labor for the majority of the shift.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay rate for this position is $14, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance.
