Type: Contract with potential for long-term placement
Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Flexible to work primarily 1st and 2nd shifts with occasional 3rd shifts

• Manage inpatient medication distribution and ensure safe, effective drug therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide clinical pharmacy services
• Review and verify medication orders, monitor patient responses, and adjust therapies as necessary
• Participate in pharmacist-led patient education and counseling
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies

• PGY1 residency preferred or around 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience
• Candidates without PGY1 who have some hospital experience, even at the intern level, may be considered
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including first, second, and occasional third shifts
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
