Speech Language Pathologist in Warminster, PA
Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with diverse communication needs in a well-structured charter school environment. This full-time position involves working with students from kindergarten through 6th grade, delivering individualized speech and language services within an organized and collaborative setting. You'll work alongside a paraeducator who will help facilitate sessions, ensuring smooth instruction and consistency for students. Your caseload will be a mix of speech-only and students for whom speech is a secondary disability, including those who are nonverbal or have ASD and higher support needs.

Key Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP), holding a valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- All required PA clearances complete
- Experience with K-6 student populations, particularly nonverbal/ASD or high needs students
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for engaging students
- Prior virtual service delivery experience is highly desirable
- A passed technology screen and clinical exception (if applicable) are necessary prior to assignment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 13 students per day
- Utilize the EdPlan IEP system for all documentation
- Participate in quarterly progress monitoring without the need to reduce sessions for preparation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraeducators, and support team members within the school
Compensation for this full-time position is up to $55 per hour, reflective of experience.
