Position: PM Cook 12pm-9p - M
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (weekends required)
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a PM Cook for our food service client to start IMMEDIATELY at $15/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager with food and meal preparation
• Maintain cash receipts and meal records
• Help complete daily reports
• Ensure high standards of sanitation and kitchen safety
• Support food safety compliance and proper food handling

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of baking methods and food safety regulations
• Ability to obtain food safety certification(s)
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

Skills:

• Cold food preparation
• Food and meal preparation
• Kitchen sanitation and safety practices
• Proper food handling and storage
• Baking methods and food safety standards
• Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Basic math and counting skills
