Trust & Estate Paralegal - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to join our client's Charlotte, NC office. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and high-level client service for high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, probate documents, estate accountings, and estate planning materials
  • Assist with estate and trust administration, including reviewing and organizing related documents
  • Prepare estate filings and related court documents
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings and conferences
  • Provide input and analysis to support strategic planning for client matters
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm protocols
  • Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned
  • Regular, in-person attendance required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Deep understanding of estate, trust, and tax-related legal documentation

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
