We are seeking an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to join our client's Charlotte, NC office. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and high-level client service for high-net-worth individuals.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

We are seeking an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to join our client's Charlotte, NC office. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys with estate and trust administration, tax return preparation, and high-level client service for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare federal estate and gift tax returns, probate documents, estate accountings, and estate planning materials
- Assist with estate and trust administration, including reviewing and organizing related documents
- Prepare estate filings and related court documents
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and conferences
- Provide input and analysis to support strategic planning for client matters
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and firm protocols
- Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned
- Regular, in-person attendance required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Deep understanding of estate, trust, and tax-related legal documentation
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
