In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to create thoughtful, data-informed solutions that strengthen product direction and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end UX efforts for complex product areas, turning business goals and user needs into clear, effective design solutions.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to align design execution with technical feasibility and business priorities.
• Facilitate usability testing and other evaluative exercises, then synthesize results into practical recommendations for product improvements.
• Contribute to design system consistency, accessibility, and responsive design practices across the product experience.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and encourage strong research and design standards throughout the organization.• At least 5 years of UX research and/or product design experience within enterprise platforms or other complex digital product environments.
• Proven skill in generative and evaluative research methods, with the ability to select the right approach for each stage of product development.
• Strong ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative inputs and convert them into clear, strategic insights.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and modern UX/UI design practices.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and scalable design systems.
• Experience running usability studies and applying findings to improve user flows and interface decisions.
• Proficiency with Jira and strong communication skills for presenting ideas to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-informed workflows and interest in applying emerging technologies within the design process.
