Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and certification
  • Proven experience working in school settings
  • In-depth knowledge of IEPs and experience facilitating or contributing to IEP meetings
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and school staff
  • Commitment to providing in-person, student-centered services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Provide consultation and resources to support overall student success
