Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and certification
- Proven experience working in school settings
- In-depth knowledge of IEPs and experience facilitating or contributing to IEP meetings
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and school staff
- Commitment to providing in-person, student-centered services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Provide consultation and resources to support overall student success
