Description
Seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead all safety, health, and environmental compliance initiatives for its San Jacinto manufacturing facility. This individual will oversee OSHA compliance, California environmental regulations, hazardous waste programs, JSAs, inspections, safety training, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing operations and possess strong knowledge of California environmental and safety regulations, hazardous waste management, environmental compliance programs, employee safety training, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting.
The EH&S Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to foster a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
Core Responsibilities
• Conduct facility safety and environmental inspections
• Lead annual Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
• Drive corrective action investigations and closure
• Manage waste streams and environmental compliance programs
• Maintain hazardous waste and exposure documentation
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Monitor OSHA and California compliance requirements
• Create safety procedures and policies
• Support environmental audits and inspections
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare inspection and compliance reports
• Maintain SDS/MSDS documentation

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
