Job Description

This role focuses on providing Speech-Language Pathology services to a diverse caseload of approximately 40–50 students, with possible adjustments if SLPA supervision is included. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible, ideal for professionals eager to make an immediate impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with varying needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal, state, and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide supervision to SLPAs as needed (determined by final caseload and assignment structure)
