Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in schools and/or pediatric therapy
- Skilled in teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication abilities for engaging with students, educators, and families
- Understanding of IEP process and school-based documentation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech/language therapy services to students, either onsite or via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate families and staff on strategies to support student communication
- Foster an encouraging environment that promotes student growth and inclusion
