Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Biddeford, Maine

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in schools and/or pediatric therapy
• Skilled in teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication abilities for engaging with students, educators, and families
• Understanding of IEP process and school-based documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech/language therapy services to students, either onsite or via teletherapy
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate families and staff on strategies to support student communication
• Foster an encouraging environment that promotes student growth and inclusion
