Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each learner’s needs.
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving speech and language goals.
- Accurately monitor and document student progress.
- Partner closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process, fostering strong partnerships.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology.
- Possession of a Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
