Manufacturing Technician II – Filling
Fairfield OH 45011
1st Shift: 6am–6pm, Rotating / $23.00
3rd Shift: 6pm–6am, Rotating / $26.00

Manufacturing Technician II – Filling. This role is perfect for professionals seeking growth in a dynamic, regulated environment supporting essential production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, assemble, disassemble, and sanitize filling equipment according to SOPs.
  • Perform filter integrity testing and maintain a cGMP environment, including cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Start up and adjust machinery, input SCADA/HMI data, and conduct visual/physical quality checks.
  • Complete batch record and GMP documentation, perform mathematical computations, and handle materials.
  • Operate printing devices and conduct outgoing quality control.
  • Understand aseptic behaviors, line interventions, and product security protocols.
  • Manage inventory control and utilize SAP systems.
  • Follow SOPs, GMPs, and OSHA guidelines; ensure safety through PPE usage, ergonomics, LOTO, spill control, and MSDS compliance.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance activities and support lean initiatives, including 5S, SMED, and OEE tracking.
  • Participate in validation and engineering protocols, suggest process improvements, and provide training/support across functions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining certifications and qualifications.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn new skills, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Be an effective team player and occasionally work overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, OSHA, and quality standards.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot filling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and mathematical competency.
  • Comfortable with physical requirements and use of PPE.
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvement.
