Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to assigned students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and educational teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Organize and implement therapy materials, integrating evidence-based practices
• Adhere to school- and district-wide policies as well as ethical standards for SLPAs
• Engage in ongoing communication with students, staff, and families regarding therapy goals and progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active TX SLPA licensure is required
• Previous experience supporting school-aged children is preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize student needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Completion of required background checks, including fingerprints and drug screening
