Qualifications & Desired Background:

• Active or eligible School Psychologist certification
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Familiarity with assessment tools, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and special education processes
• Strong consultation, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents
• Experience in K-12 school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify the needs of students
• Develop and support IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based interventions
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Assist in crisis intervention and support initiatives that enhance mental health and well-being
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
