Job Description
RN Home Health, Lake Oswego, OR - Local or Travel
Contractor RN for the East Side Territory
13 weeks
Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
Coverage for East side and yes on call for one week per month.
30 units per week
HH and HCHB required
No guaranteed hours
Must have prior HH experience, Oasis, and HCHB or training before start required
Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.
Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
