Job Summary
A new Temp-to-Hire opportunity is available for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Chatsworth, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee coordination, payroll-related updates, and HR reporting in a fast-paced business environment.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with HR personnel and hiring managers to help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job advertisements, reviewing candidate activity, and conducting initial phone screens.
- Coordinate interviews with HR personnel, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Prepare recruiting reports, spreadsheets, metrics, and HR presentations as requested.
- Support candidate onboarding, employee offboarding, new hire orientation, and training coordination.
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, including reviewing time sheets and employee status changes.
- Help employees with benefits enrollment and general HR process questions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $27 to $32 per hour.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Chatsworth, CA.
