General Utility Worker Requirements

• Ability to work Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
• Ability to safely wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety

About the General Utility Worker Role

As a General Utility Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in a hospital setting
• Maintaining clean and organized kitchen and food service areas
• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Cleaning workstations, counters, floors, and other assigned areas
• Ensuring clean dishes and supplies are readily available for food service operations
• Removing trash, cardboard, and other waste from designated areas
• Restocking dishes, utensils, and cleaning supplies as needed
• Assisting with additional cleaning and general utility duties based on business needs
