Sanitation Worker/custodial (Warehouse) — DeKalb, IL

Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $21.30/hour
Shift (E Shift):
Wednesday: 11:15 PM – 5:15 AM
Thursday–Saturday: 5:15 PM – 4:45 AM
Type: Temp-to-hire
What You’ll Do
As a Sanitation Worker, you will help keep the facility clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clean and maintain warehouse areas (sweeping, trash removal, general cleanup)
• Move pallets and assist with basic warehouse cleanup tasks as needed
• Clean office areas
• Clean restrooms thoroughly, including toilets
• Clean cafeteria/breakroom areas
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned to maintain a clean, organized facility
• What We’re Looking For
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to cleanliness—expected to consistently maintain clean work areas
