Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency
  • Monitor progress meticulously and maintain detailed, accurate documentation
  • Partner closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote cohesive, effective care
  • Educate and involve families in the therapy process to maximize outcomes

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligibility for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Background working with pediatric and school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as productively within a team environment
  • Active state license, or ability to obtain, as approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology is required
