Job Description

This full-time position offers 8-hour days across two school sites, supporting children’s growth, development, and academic success. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT licensure in Florida (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage a dynamic caseload
- Familiarity with IEPs and documentation requirements in educational settings
- Adaptability in working with elementary and middle school populations
What You’ll Do:
- Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized plans and goals
- Provide therapy services and interventions during school hours
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents
- Track progress and maintain accurate student records
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary IEP meetings
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
This is a contract position with the possibility of renewal based on performance and fit. Compensation is highly competitive, starting at $40+ per hour and commensurate with experience.
