Speech Language Pathologist in Dixon, IL

This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week across two campuses, working with an elementary or elementary-through-middle grade caseload (K–6 or K–8), assigned based on personal preference and the interview process.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Illinois SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families
• Attend campus meetings and contribute to school initiatives
