Desired Qualifications:
• Valid SLP - CCC credential required
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Prior work with K-12th grade students, with caseload matching your experience
• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred—90% of students are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative work style
• Ability to develop and implement IEP goals and provide data-driven therapy

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels (placement based on experience)
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans, monitor student progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school-based professionals to promote student success
• Document services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
• Create an inclusive, encouraging environment for multilingual learners
