School-Based Physical Therapist - Dekalb, IL

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid Illinois Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
